Cooperative Parenting Class is an eight week guide to effective co-parenting.
The Cooperative Parenting program is designed to assist parents in reducing parental conflict and educate parents regarding the impact of parental conflict on their child’s development. The program addresses the relationship between separate households and is designed to improve the quality of the parental relationship. The program teaches parents to identify their contribution to conflict while increasing impulse control, anger management, communication, and conflict resolution.
